• Importing Country, Target Port of Delivery, and Incoterms Requirements
• Custom formulation specifications, brand guidelines, and target volumes

2. Use of Information

We process your information exclusively to fulfill B2B commercial requests, prepare proforma invoices, coordinate sample dispatch, generate regulatory export dossiers, and communicate shipment updates. We do not sell, rent, or lease commercial buyer information to third parties.

We recognize the critical value of proprietary private-label formulas, brand concepts, and packaging designs. All formulation dialogues, custom ingredient ratios, and proprietary scent profiles shared with Soilcraft Organics and Earth & Ayurveda are held in strict commercial confidentiality and protected under mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements.
