COMMON QUESTIONS

Comprehensive Importer FAQ

How do I request product samples before placing a commercial order?

We provide pre-production bench samples across all 150+ formulations. You can request up to 5 SKU samples with raw material specifications. Sample transit is dispatched via DHL / FedEx International Priority (typically 3–5 business days to Europe/USA).

What are the commercial lead times for a 1,000-unit private label batch?

Standard production turnaround is 3 to 4 weeks upon packaging artwork approval and raw material batch allocation. For cold-process cured soaps, please factor in an additional 4 to 6 weeks of dedicated room curing if starting from fresh saponification.

Who owns the proprietary formulation rights for bespoke custom blends?

For custom developed formulations engineered under client contract, intellectual property terms are established in our formal Manufacturing & Supply Agreement. We sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to sample compounding.

What payment terms are accepted for export orders?

Standard international trade terms are 50% advance deposit upon proforma invoice confirmation to initiate raw material procurement and packaging fabrication, with the remaining 50% balance payable against copy of Bill of Lading (B/L) or through an Irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) for large container shipments.
